Uprawiana jest na plantacjach, na których nie stosuje się chemicznych środków ochrony roślin, ani nawozów sztucznych. Rośnie na wysokości 1200 – 1500 metrów n.p.m. Jest ręcznie zbierana, myta i suszona.
Na bogactwo smaku i aromatu tej kawy składają się takie odmiany Arabici jak: Bourbon, Sarchimore, Cattura, Geisha oraz Oro Azteca. Charakteryzuje się pełnym smakiem i łagodną kwasowością. Nuty smakowe to: karmel, migdał i czerwone jabłko.
Dodaliśmy do tego afrykańską Arabikę, która uzupełniła smak i aromat o słodko-kwaskowate nuty kiwi i kumkwatu.
